The Public Health Team is committed to protecting, promoting, and improving the health and well-being of the people of Solihull, supporting people to live longer and healthier lives by improving health and wellbeing and reducing inequalities.

The Project Officer will provide support to the Interim Head of Children’s Public Health, undertaking specific projects and programmes of work to assist in the delivery of team tasks with a specific focus on:

  • ‘Start for life’ services to support good early child development from pregnancy to 5 years, including infant mental health and supporting school readiness
