Wakefield 0-19 team warmly invite qualified Nurses to join our friendly team of public health and school nurses, this is an exciting time to be involved in our service with lots of integrated and innovative ways of working with colleagues across the district, supporting children young people and families across our communities and make a difference. Support the completion of comprehensive health needs assessment of clients, families and communities
To work in conjunction with the School Nurse to co-ordinate, plan, implement and evaluate a programme of care for the school age population and for children with specific conditions.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care by collecting all relevant information pertaining to the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the client and his/her family.
