About Vitay:
Vitay is one of the brilliant SaaS products in the SureSwift portfolio. It’s a reference checking and candidate feedback software, giving recruiters and business leaders the ability to find the perfect candidate.
Your Daily Challenges
This is a 20hr part-time role and would be Vitay’s first dedicated marketing hire, improving and/ or launching a variety of marketing capabilities.
Being in a startup environment you would be someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing specialisms, for instance
- Create Lead Generation campaigns, testing/ targeting different industries and geographies
- Maximise our reputation and ranking (alongside Customer Team), on key review sites, such as G2, Capterra and Integration Marketplaces
- Create/ update Website Content, to make sure it accurately reflects Vitay’s services
- Develop blogs/ content, with help from AI tools, for the website and Linkedin
- Build out Referrals and Partnerships Schemes
- Optimise the Website for speed, discoverability and increased conversion rate
- Brief and manage development of Sales Assets, including videos, brochures etc
- Work with the Product Manager marketing new features or important improvements
- Create an Email Newsletter to keep our customers and leads engaged
- Above all, you would be data centric, measuring each part of the customer journey and ensuring the sales team have a steady flow of MQL’s
- Able to work during the 3hr 'core hours' - when everyone from the global team overlaps : 2pm-5pm GMT/ BST
Your Experience

- 5+ years working across a range of Marketing disciplines
- 2+ years working in B2B Lead Generation
- Technically competent with WordPress, GTM and GA4
- Fluent or mother tongue English
Your Compensation
Up to $33.50 USD per hour, working 20hrs a week - Outside IR35. This job is a remote / work from home position.
