The social enterprise, Innovating Minds is expanding so we can support more children and families access early trauma informed help! This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering trauma informed programmes on a one to one and group basis remotely.
What will you be doing?
Innovating Minds will be delivering their ‘Healing Together’ programmes for children, parents and carers that are impacted by domestic abuse, anxiety and angry feelings. We will be working with families nationally to increase access to early trauma informed help.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing referrals, assessments and delivery of the Healing Together programme. All session will be delivered remotely.
Training will be provided to deliver the Healing Together programmes. Please note some groups/one to one sessions may take place after typical working hours.
The key elements of this exciting role:
- Facilitating pre assessment sessions
- Supporting parents/carers/ children and young people access the programmes
- Managing the administration of referrals and clinical notes
- Managing safeguarding with the support from the safeguarding lead
- Leading and facilitating group and 1:1 programmes
- Providing and presenting reports on progress, targets and outcomes to the wider team.
- Supporting data collection and contributions to research
You will be provided support by experienced clinicians in the form of clinical supervision, and you will have a great team who are supportive and caring wrapped around you.
