This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a variety of clinicians who form part of the CMHT. Our team consists of a clinical psychologist, Occupational therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Nurses and Support Workers.
Responsibilities will include conducting initial client assessments, providing therapeutic support to clients, facilitating group therapy, and collaborating with the MDT and third sector services. The successful applicant will be supervised by a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
We want to recruit a diverse workforce, who are values driven, compassionate and have a desire to deliver high quality care every day. We believe that supporting and involving our staff means that they enjoy their work more, and that our clinical services are better as a result.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in psychology that has graduate basis for recognition with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and have some experience in working with clients in a mental health setting. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for helping people overcome mental health challenges are essential.

We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are looking to begin your career in clinical psychology and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
