The day to day as our new PSOC operator will include:
- In accordance with National Access Control Centre (NACC) requirements, produce and accurately program access control cards for colleagues and contractors who are based on Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) sites.
- Receive, interpret and correctly action electronic security alarms and network incidents within agreed timescales.
- Produce and release CCTV footage in line with LBG Policy and Procedures.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards and play books are complied with in order to minimise risks associated with the safety and security of people located at LBG sites.
- Deal with telephone calls relating to site security and respond in accordance within agreed service level agreements.
- Ensure that e-mail correspondence is actioned promptly in accordance with agreed standards.
- Support the Physical Security Operations Centre manager in the compilation of statistics / data relating to access control and alarm acceptance service performance.
- Continually look to identify and implement improvements to the service provided.
- Perform standard administrative data processing tasks as instructed by the operational management team.
- Perform standard data management tasks to support others by using established procedures.
