Arc Legal Group, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services. We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.
We are currently looking for a Prospect Assessor to join our team in our Cardiff office.
As a Prospect Assessor, you'll be a key player in assessing the merits of Property and Employment related claims. You'll work closely with our Claims Team to understand legal expenses insurance policies and provide top-notch customer service to policyholders and clients.
We're seeking a candidate with strong legal knowledge, including expertise in employment law and general principles related to Employment Tribunal claims. Ideally, you'll have experience in HR and/or Employment Tribunal related claims.
We value professionalism, great customer service, and independent thinking. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and presentation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple deadlines.
