The Consumer Mobile Propositions team is focused on growing Vodafone’s share within this valuable market with innovative, challenger-oriented propositions. These propositions bring together the best of Vodafone’s mobile business and we are looking for a dynamic thinker who is motivated to deliver best in class customer engagement.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and roadmap for propositions within Vodafone’s Handset and Device Lifecycle Propositions team, including the propositions and strategies that underpin our flagship device launches, and future roadmap of our Trade-in propositions.

In this exciting role you’ll be empowered to be creative and innovative, developing propositions that enhance customer value and loyalty.

Define the multi-year strategy & proposition roadmap for our flagship device launches & Trade-in propositions
Obsess over how we attract new customers, and how we help them up the value chain through insight led and segmented propositions.
Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired customer experience journeys
Own the Proposition business casing and the performance against business case targets, making changes to accelerate or underpin as needed, in collaboration with the Commercial team.
Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy & commercial ambition for new Proposition launches

Who you are

Proven track record in consumer commercial / proposition or product development.
Strong commercial acumen & experience managing and implementing commercial change.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a digital first environment and / or working within an Agile environment
