Lead and inspire the Propositions team to be the voice of the customer within the DrayTek team, and an advocate for everything DrayTek to our partners and customers.
Develop and launch DrayTek propositions for the B2C and B2B markets. Bring together solutions and propositions that DrayTek can offer their partners and customers. Develop the product propositions roadmap for new and strategic growth and showcase our products to customers through excellent Go To Market plans.Through the go to market strategy, generate interest in DrayTek products.
Role Responsibilities
As a manager, the Proposition Manager is accountable for delivery of the objectives, and cascading down strategic and tactical objectives. Lead highly motivated and aligned team responsible for delivery.
- Product & Service vision from technical and business perspective
- Defining the features and functionality required to support growth and to continually develop and evolve our product propositions
- Identifying target segments and markets
- Oversee creation of product documentation
- Accountable for ensuring that external and internal repository of supporting materials and explanations of product capabilities and benefits are maintained and meet our business requirements
- Oversea and execute GTM for products
- Support the GTM by evangelising internally and externally
- Internal product briefings and training
- External training including End User training and Reseller training Lead internal and external training and education
- Demand generation via results of GTM strategy and performance of the website
- Identifying areas for personal development within the team, and building progression paths
- Upholding CMS values
Additional Responsibilities
- Excellent understanding of how to clarify business requirements and relate them to technical requirements
- In-depth understanding of networking fundamentals and comprehensive knowledge of broadband market
- Ability to ignite passion and lead a team of brilliant people to exceed expections

- Ability to assess, define and translate market needs into impactful action. Ability to translate insight into actionable GTM activities
- Strong technical background and understanding of the technologies and systems used in the markets DrayTek operate
- Ability to translate technical features into business advantages and articulate the benefits in positioning and value messages
- Outstanding communications skills
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the IT/Comms channel relating to Product Propositions or Technical Product Management
- Product and solution development and delivery
- B2B Product development experience
- Preferred – Relevant degree or qualifications
