We’re on the lookout for candidates who have availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Basic Photography (using a camera phone), Professional Photography, Floor Plans and 360 Virtual Tours.

- Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis, Viewber Members are emailed each appointment invitation and are free to choose whether the assignment is of interest or not and accept or reject it accordingly.
- Payment: Payment is offered per appointment and starts at £12 for our 30-minute "Viewing Lite" and £18 for our "Standard 30-minute Viewing" appointments. For professional photography, payment ranges from £40 - £60 for residential properties, depending on the size of the property and work involved.
- Nationwide Presence: We offer nationwide coverage, so we can consider applications throughout the U.K., however we are particularly keen to hear from candidates in and around Craigavon.
What you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- A DBS certificate dated within the last 3 years
If you’re looking to apply as a Professional Photographer, you’ll also need:
- Relevant equipment to carry out the role; a camera body with an ultra-wide angle lens (with a minimum of 16mm full frame or equivalent) and/ or a 360-degree camera along with a tripod. A flash gun is also preferred.
- An eye for detail and desire to bring properties to life through your lens!
