Job description

Office administrator required required for rapidly growing company. Flexible days and hours with weekend and evening working.

Requirements

  • Experience within a service industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Able to use initiative.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to communicate both in written and verbal formats
  • Computer literate with experience of Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent salary for the successful candidate, dependent on experience.

Daily Duties include -

  • Process works reports, diagrams, quotes etc.
  • Take phone calls and book customer appointments.
  • Produce quotes as required.
  • Maintain the customer database
