Would you love to show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time? Well, this could be your opportunity!
We’re on the lookout for candidates who have availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Open House Viewings, Basic Photography (using a camera phone), Professional Photography, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Property Visits, Sit & Wait Appointments, Floor Plans and 360 Tours.
Payment is offered per appointment and starts at £12 for our 30-minute "Viewing Lite". We also have our "Standard 30-minute Viewing" appointments which offer £18. Viewber Members are emailed each appointment invitation and are free to choose whether the assignment is of interest or not and accept or reject it accordingly.
No prior experience working within the property industry is required but applicants must have excellent communication skills, be punctual and reliable and feel comfortable working alone. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is extremely important. You will also need to show proof of a basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) which is dated within the last two years.
We accept applications throughout the U.K., however, we are particularly keen on hearing from candidates who are based in and around Plymouth.
