Castle View is a n development by Castle Retirement Living in the heart of Windsor’s residential community. There are 64 one, two and three bedroom apartments designed for people over 55 years old who wish to live independently.
The community facilities ensure that residents have privacy when they wish, but can also enjoy the benefits of socialising with like-minded people. Residents can enjoy a lounge and a café in which coffee, tea and meals are served, and events are run periodically. This area, and the adjacent 24/7 reception, are run by the Castle View in-house team who will ensure that all services and facilities are operated to a high standard.
On the fourth floor is the residents’ sky lounge, bar and garden with spectacular views over Windsor Castle and St. Leonards Hill. The roof top lounge is available to all residents and can be used to hold events or private functions. A secure underground car park, with lifts to each floor, ensures easy access to all the apartments and facilities.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To maximise sales potential, achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help promote the sale of apartments in the village
- Manager viewings and all aspects of apartment sale process.
- Promote our village locally to target customer audience
- Expand and mine company’s customer database
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts whilst being aware of competition status
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
- Successful proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
- Proven ability to drive the sales process to close.
- Previous experience in the retirement sector preferred but not essential
Skills/Ability/
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and passion for sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving skills
- Education/Qualification
- GCSE, equivalent
- Formal qualification, A level or equivalent
- Personal Qualities
Must live local to Windsor, fluent in English
Hold current UK driving licence
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
