· We also operate a related development company, ensuring a continuous flow of the best off-plan developments for RWinvest to market EXCLUSIVELY.
· Our development partners have successfully delivered 878 properties in Liverpool since 2020.
· In 2023, we are scheduled to deliver 1,204 properties in Liverpool and Manchester.
· We have a pipeline of 3,343 properties to launch across the whole of the UK by the end of 2025.
This is why we are expanding to recruit the best Sales Consultants to work with us long-term on this endeavour.
We are looking for talented, ambitious, and hard-working new sales agents to join our expanding team in London.

Basic salary of £25,000 per annum with an exceptional commission scheme OTE £60,000 - £100,000 + (Uncapped).
Commission is paid monthly, with a realistic and achievable target of one sale per week.
We provide each sales consultant with a premium level of hot leads per week.

What we are looking for – No previous property experience is required!
Previous property experience is not required. We prefer to recruit the best people from a range of industries and deliver exceptional training, the best possible systems, high-quality sales leads, and the most lucrative property investment stock.
With all this on offer, combined with tenacious and talented sales consultants, there is an industry-leading commission scheme with exceptional earnings potential.
If you are a top performer in selling considered purchases, where a consultative approach is crucial, it is likely your skills and experience are transferable to selling our highly attractive property investments. Our best performers have come from a wide range of industries, such as travel, financial services, cars, recruitment, media sales, etc.

Positive attitude - We want people who have passion, enthusiasm, and the ability to build rapport and trust with all internal and external stakeholders.
Sales ability - Advising customers on the best possible investments, overcoming objections, and negotiating prices and payment terms.
Resilience - Handling rejections, overcoming objections and setbacks, and dealing with the highs and lows!
Communication skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, over the phone/email and face to face.
Flexibility - With a UK and Global customer base, our Sales Consultants must have a flexible approach to working hours.
