Property Sales Administrator

What to expect
Thorntons are market leading property specialists with offices throughout Scotland and our Estate Agency team deliver a first-class service to clients whether they are buying, selling or renting their property. We are recruiting a Sales Administrator based in our Perth team. In this role you can expect to:
- Assist clients to find their ideal home, discussing their requirements and guiding them through each stage of the process
- Arranging property viewings
- Updating information on our property case management systems
- Identifying any other services to support clients and referring them to the appropriate person/department
What we’re looking for
- A passion for client service
- The ability to build great relationships
- An interest in property
- Knowledge of the local property market is ideal but not essential
- A positive attitude
- Teamworker
- Good time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines and with multiple clients and properties at the same time
