Job Description:

(Operations, Facilities and Customer Service)

• Leases, Licences, rent review, Dilapidations, Business rates
• S/C charge management
• Facilities (hard and soft) & maintenance management
• Full H&S
• Contractor/Supplier management
• L&T management

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £36,441.51-£55,000.00 per year
