HIVE and Partners is an ambitious and expanding estate agency platform operating from centre Bournemouth headquarters. A sister company to Catalyst Property Finance, HIVE and Partners has been created to provide Dorset with a quality, dynamic estate agency business operating in the mid to upper quartile.
Since its launch just over a year ago, HIVE has successfully listed multiple properties and agreed sales on 85% of them. HIVE has demonstrated its ability to market properties differently to attract multiple buyers and the best sales price.
HIVE is now looking to expand and develop its agency with the addition of a full-time property photographer.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Photography Specialist to join our busy team at HIVE in Bournemouth working across Dorset. Your main responsibilities will be to create and manage digital content to advertise our property listings across multiple platforms including but not limited to; Rightmove, Zoopla, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and our own website. You will work effectively with the rest of the agency team, bringing skills and knowledge that will inspire customers, build commitment, loyalty, and ultimately increase sales.
In this role you will:
· Manage and maintain the digital photography content for the agency websites and external portals.
· Play a key role within the Sales division in the production of personal product videos and social media content, therefore you must have a passion for digital engagement and customer service.
· Communicate and exchange information with clients to set up a time and venue for photoshoots.
· Manage and coordinate photoshoot sessions.
· Working with the agent or alone, ensure the property is prepared to its best advantage for the photoshoot. This includes lighting, placing furniture and temporarily removing surplus personal items to produce clean images.
· Arrange and shoot drone imagery and videography.
· Edit and retouch photos and submit them to the listing agent for approval.
· Manage and maintain photography equipment carefully.
· Assess a set of photos and choose the best ones for use.
· Enhance the photographs and pictures by using different techniques and approaches.
· Suggest creative ideas to clients to exceed expectations of objectives or goals.
· Improve the quality and outlook of photography by using artistic knowledge.
· Set up photographic equipment and prep the client or location.
· When needed, travel or work extra hours to meet the client’s demands.
· Capture visual content for multiple platforms.
· Remain updated on the latest photograph editing software.
· Maintain the database and archive photographs and images.
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best procedures and practices.
· Utilise drone equipment to get elevated still and video imagery.
Above all, we are looking for a results-driven, thorough individual with excellent communication skills and high levels of enthusiasm to ensure delivery of 100% customer and colleague satisfaction. A full UK driving license is essential.
Qualities Required
· An experienced photographer and videographer with drone experience preferable
· 100% Customer focused, with exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality
· Relentless in pursuit of success.
· Visually have incredible attention to detail.
· Computer literate.
· 3 years+ industry experience with a strong demonstratable portfolio.
· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.
· Driving licence and use of a car are essential.
Salary
· Up to £35,000 per annum.
