Commercial Property Solicitor
We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist, Legal500 recogonised Property firm in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a firm with an excellent culture, real career progression and high quality, industry leading work.
The firm is based in the City of London, and are focused on Commercial Property, Residential Property and Development.
The Firm/Department:
The firm is known for its expertise within the Property industry, with an array of Legal500 named and recognised Partners working at the firm.
The Role
The role will focus on Commercial Property, and the successful candidate will be handling a broad range of quality commercial property work for a variety of clients. This will include Landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements. Day to Day will involve, but not be limited to, Commercial Property Sales & Purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases and assignment of leases when acting for the landlord or tenant.
Desired Experience
The ideal candidate will have a mimumum of 4 - 5+ years' PQE , and have solid Commercial Property and Development experience. You will be expected to play a key role in the growth and development of the department.
Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and desire to grow client base to generate business for the firm.
- Able to hit the ground running and is able to deal with commercial transactions from beginning to end with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task.
