Upperkey is a PropTech Fast Growing Startup specialising in the management of Hotel-Apartments in the major European cities since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and anticipates significant growth in 2023 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe and the United States.

UpperKey is now looking for an international process driven and creative team member to join our growing team in London.
Your main responsibilities:
- Participating in the setting up of the apartments (purchasing furniture, decoration, organizing photo shooting, creating electricity and insurance contracts etc.)
- Managing stocks, orders, and deliveries
- Visiting new potential properties and analyzing future works to be completed
- Identifying staffing needs and training new entrants
- Maintaining safety standards and inventory of furnishings with regular inspections and follow ups of the apartments
- Dealing with accounts management
