Property Administrator Winchester - 6 months contract- Part time £22/25,000 pro rata
This is a superb and exciting opportunity to work in a small company with large ambition! We are exciting again to be supporting our client based in Winchester in finding them a new Property Administrator. This is a new role due to progression within the team. It's a role with lots of scope for progression and development. They are a very friendly fun team, so the right person is important. The successful candidate will be working a hybrid model, currently the teamwork one day in the office and the rest from home. There may be rare occasions for training purposes to visit London.
Our client is looking for someone on a part time basis on a 6-month contract however this position is likely to be extended to a full-time permanent role so ideally you will have the flexibility to extend into that when the time is right.
Responsibilities.
- Manage contractors and maintain good relationships.
- Utility management
- Financial administration, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
- Maintaining and updating records
- Communicating with tenants and clients both in writing and over the phone
- Updating the systems on to new Property management software
- Occasionally visiting properties in London for training purposes

- IT literate with excellent MS Office Outlook, Word & Excel skills
- Happy to work out of hours if necessary.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.

- Motivated and eager to learn.
