Property Management Assistant/Office Receptionist
Job Summary:
Excalibur Homes, LLC currently manages over 8000 homes in Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.
We are continuing to grow and are looking to add a Property Management Assistant/Office Receptionist in the Orlando, FL area!
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION. Candidate will be expected to be in office at 7800 Southland Blvd.
Current tenants are not eligible for employment at Excalibur Homes.
Hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am – 6pm: Monday – Friday
Duties/Responsibilities:
Property Management Assistant
- The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our Property Managers. Support will include but not be limited to coordinating maintenance work orders, typing leases, answering telephone calls, utilizing various software programs, processing high volumes of paperwork, and providing overall administrative support to our Florida Property Managers.
- Possession of an active FL Real Estate License is a plus.
Receptionist Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Performs other duties as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and pay strong attention to detail
- Ability to de-escalate situations over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as necessary for the business
- Must possess a proficiency in utilizing technology and have exceptional computer skills including Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills.
- Property management software experience is a plus
- Bilingual - Spanish a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
