We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team!
If you have experience as a Property Manager in hospitality with exceptional standards and pride in your property we want to hear from you! We are launching our first Build To Rent (BTR) property and looking for exceptional individuals to launch the building. The role bridges the gap between hospitably and residential property management where the resident or guest comes first. You will need to have exceptional standards and a drive to succeed.

Our organisation is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager who will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to property management.

The working pattern is set at Tuesday to Saturday's working 40hrs across these 5 days.
Responsibilities:
§ Provide customer service to our guests in a professional manner and ensure that they receive the best possible service.
§ Always represent the company in a presentable and professional manner.
§ Ensure that all maintenance issues are raised and contracted out for resolve as quickly as possible.
§ Follow up on outstanding issues working to resolve them promptly.
§ Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.
§ Provide feedback and suggestions regarding improvements to company processes and systems.
§ Attend meetings and other events as required.
§ Maintain the property by booking building facilities, coordinating building maintenance, and providing basic security for the entrance of the building.
§ Ensure the building is kept and always maintained to company standards.
§ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
§ Ensure rooms are checked out of in a timely manner and ready for next guest occupancy in line with our company standards.
§ Report any major issues that cannot be resolved directly to the Guest Services Director.
§ Complete any required room moves in liaison with Guest Services team.
§ Align self with the business strategy and objectives.
§ Assist guests with luggage, storage of luggage, mail, and deliveries plus any other services they may require.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
