Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Inspecting the property and apartments to maintain the quality and keep standards high
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documentation and correspondence.
- Keep on top of any large maintenance works
- Switchover services for utilities when contracts come up for renewal
- Scheduling site inspections and completing property checks
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
- Excellent telephone manner
- You will have keen attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- If you have a background in or any knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics and maintenance, that would be beneficial
- Excellent PC, typing and communications skills
- A flexible, friendly, professional and helpful attitude
