As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll provide housing, income and tenancy management services to tenants, customers, stakeholders and leaseholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Allocation and letting of properties
- Tackling anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy
- Working on a range of tenures including lease and repair, ForLiving private rental properties, ethical lettings agency and shared ownership properties
- Engaging with tenants, customers, stakeholders and leaseholders
- Working alongside other teams and services including Community Safety, Income Management and Finance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, landlords, local authorities and other external agencies
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of leasehold or property management services
- Customer service and communications skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
