Due to continued growth of the business, Winkworth Kingsbury are looking to hire an experienced Property Management Consultant for their busy Lettings department. Each member of the Kingsbury team strives to deliver impeccable customer service. Customer services is of vital importance to our office and brand.
Winkworth is a leading estate agency, with established Sales and Lettings businesses across more than 60 London locations, with a further 40 offices in key locations across England .
The role of a property management consultant will be to carry out inspections (possibly 10 to 15 per week), handle property management issues, organise EPC's, gas safety certificates, etc and other related items. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of our branch through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals.
Requirements for the role include:
· Working as part of a team
· To provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
· To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
· Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software
· Experience essential
· Clean driving license
We have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend many relevant training courses to help with their career progression .
Benefits and Salary include:
· £20,000 to £28,000 in the first year, depending on experience.
· 5 to 5 and a 1/2 days a week
