Your New Role: Property Management Business Development Executive

About this Role:
The Fexco Property Services team are looking to further develop their brands. With an enviable pipeline of new business in the coming years as well as a large national portfolio under management, we are looking for a team member to assist the Business Development team in introducing and maintaining client relationships. A successful Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new opportunities. Through existing databases, industry networks and geographical canvassing the individual shall be responsible for forming new relationships and providing administrative support to the existing Business Development team.
Some Responsibilities and Goals you will own:
- Coordination and lead generation from existing databases
- Attending networking events
- Assistance in preparation of tenders
- Canvassing
- Diary management for Associate Directors and Director of Client Services
- Assistance in marketing and developer campaigns
- Assistance in quarterly client meetings
- Liaising with internal departments on company matters
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Must have Skills:
- Working knowledge of property management
- You must be comfortable and confident with networking and speaking to new people
- Great attention to detail, be organised and able to prioritise
- An eagerness to grow the brands and develop the business
- Confident
- Practical and effective communication skills
- Research and strategy skills
- Great IT skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
