Property Management Assistant

What is the role?
As a property manager assistant at iletpro you will be a key role within the business as you will be responsible for nearly all property management. This includes:
§ Instructing 3rd party to carry out an inventory or to undertake an internal inventory before tenants move in
§ Assisting landlords to meet their legal requirements as a landlord, such as gas certificates and EICR.
§ Conducting check-in with tenants and produce updated reports.
§ Completing our internal Check-in list for each managed property
§ Liaising with tenants and landlords in dealing with maintenance issues across our managed portfolio
§ Using our portal to liaise and instruct contractors to carry out repairs and maintenance issues in a managed property.
§ Conducting periodic inspections and configure inspection reports for landlords, follow up with tenants on any issues raised from the inspection
§ Advise tenants on their responsibilities during their tenancy.
§ Arrange check-out cleaning and maintenance jobs and conduct check-out.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you would benefit from the following skills and experience:
§ Strong English written and verbal communication, and telephone etiquette
§ Ideally, Mandarin language written and speaking skills.
§ A good team member with the ability to work on your own initiative
§ The ability to work unsupervised to time scales and under pressure
§ We encourage candidates to apply for this role without any letting or property management experience
§ Hold a driving license and own car to attend periodic inspections etc
§ Comfortable with using OUR developing letting & management software, and Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office
This role is pivotal to the success of iletpro and as a result we will invest in developing the successful applicant to ensure that they have all the tools they need to do their role. Prospective applicants WITHOUT related experience or background are welcome to apply for this role.
What do we offer?
Work remotely: No
The salary for this role is £25,000 to £35,000 per annum plus bonus (to be discussed further at interview).
We offer you a competitive salary, a welcome bonus after a three-month probation period, an annual bonus as well as Employee Share Option, i.e., non-voting shares of iletpro ltd.
This role is ideally Monday-Friday, but we may be able to offer a range of working arrangements for this role such as full time or part time. Please specify what you are looking for within your application. Due to the fact that this role requires property inspections, check-in & check-outs in/around Bristol, you will be required to be commutable to BS4 1ETon each working day.
