Job description
Our client is on the hunt for a strong property maintenance all-rounder to assist with the smooth running of a beautiful residential property in Central London.
The role would suit someone who can easily commute and has worked in a similar setting, being familiar with all the usual systems and plant that go into running a luxury residential property (Crestron, Lutron, BMS, HVAC etc).
The property is not occupied full time, so it is essential that regular checks are carried out so that issues are picked up on promptly and the house is kept in tip top condition at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of house systems (Crestron, Alarms, Heating, Ventilation & AC controls)
- Basic knowledge of BMS system
- Regular checks of plant rooms (keep clean and tidy, change filters, check for leaks, report and monitor any issues)
- Regular checks of house interiors (change bulbs, small decoration or carpentry jobs, checking TVs and other devices to ensure they are running well)
- Managing the fleet of cars (arranging service, MOT, vehicle cleanliness and readiness)
- Maintaining garden furniture
- Jet washing outside areas
- Pool maintenance checks
- Ad hoc errands (dry cleaning, pop to the shops, airport runs etc)
Requirements
- Full, clean UK drivers’ licence
- Practical experience in property management & good DIY skills
- Excellent, checkable references
- Good longevity in previous roles
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Practical, organised, methodical approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
