Property Maintenance Darlington, North East England, England
Job description
We are looking for an experienced, multi skilled & independent property maintenance person, ideally with a van, who wants a fixed & reliable income with a small local team of property developers & lettings. Work will include:
- Doing mixed jobs on refurbishments (clearing, disposal, tiling, painting, handyman jobs, roofing & anything else that is suitable & have skills in).
- Coordinating subcontractors according to a budget & schedule to complete renovations or maintenance of residential properties where cannot complete themselves due to equipment or skills.
- Working with lettings team to respond daily to tenant reports of maintenance to investigate, diagnose & repair.
Experience & a network within the building trade within the North East is preferred & areas include Teeside, Darlington & occasionally Tyneside.
Applicants should have an eye for quality & finish with regards to properties being refurbished for sale or rent whilst also having practicality, budget & customer service in mind for tenants
