What you'll do
We're excited to be looking for two Property Care Planners to join the Planned Delivery Admin Team, one will be based in Yeovil and the other will be based in Eastleigh.
You will work collaboratively with managers, supervisors, operatives, contractors and customers daily to deliver a seamless service, ensuring we provide an excellent customer experience at all stages of our planned delivery. You will plan and manage operatives diaries to ensure efficiency across the geography as well as arranging surveys, ordering materials, maintain accurate data on our housing management system and act as our customer liaison.
This is a fast paces often changing environment and previous planning experience will be an advantage.
