Job role: Property Administrator
Location: Worcester Office
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
As the property administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s favourite property manager, as recognised by others by:
- Provide a high standard level of customer service to our residents and all visitors to the development
- Act as main point of contact at the front desk
- Assist with on-site deliveries, customer queries and service requests
This role reports to the assistant development manager or development manager and working within a team of up to 10 colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
- Providing excellent customer services to over 1000 leaseholders and residents.
- Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
- Raising orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment and then seeking approval via the ADM.
- Producing block notices and letters for a number of site issues, such as: Breach of Lease, BBQ’s, parking etc.
- Taking minutes when required at Board meetings or site meetings.
- Attending the weekly Monday site staff meetings and end of week meeting.
- Registering staff absences and sickness.
- Printing reports for the ADMs from My Sight system.
- Maintaining the Handyman register of works, place tasks in the log from residents’ calls / emails.
- Any other task to support the administration of the office.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience of delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customers and client with a resolution focused mentality, creative in your approach.
- Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team
- Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
- Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology
