About the Company
Prinsegate Chartered Surveyors (www.prinsegate.com) is a family company established in 2014 by Nicholas Prinse. The company provides residential surveying services: building surveys, party wall, valuation, dilapidations, project management and property management.
We are based in Kingston, although our jobs are located across London and Surrey. Our team is from diverse backgrounds, all of whom share the same values to provide a service to be proud of.
About the Position
We require a Proof-reader to support the growing volume of work.

Although we offer remote working and hours are generally 9.00am – 5.30pm.
The candidate must be able to read and evaluate written text for grammatical and typographical error and have excellent attention to detail.
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required
- Read and evaluate written text for grammatical and typographical error.
- Use word processors and other specialized software to make changes on typeset documents.
- General administration support alongside Office Manager and Coordinator.
- Ability to complete tasks within required time frames.
- Must have good organisational skills, a friendly and professional attitude. Must be capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail: able to identify and rephrase grammatical errors to ensure an error-free text
