As a nursing auxiliary within the Theatre Complex you will be involved with assisting quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures within the specialties of general, orthopaedic, facial maxillary/ENT, gynaecology surgical services. Previous knowledge or skills within perioperative setting are desirable.
You will provide support to the team of registered nurses within the department and assist in housekeeping duties.
Essentially you will posses good interpersonal and communication skills as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be working in a supportive environment with emphasis on continuing personal development.
You will be required to work weekends and be part of an on-call rota.
