- Projects and Operations Delivery Lead, Health Outcomes

In this role you will

  • Support project management processes related to Health Technology Appraisals (HTA) submissions
  • Provide administrative support to the HO team, including travel, Amex submission, meeting planning
  • Support advisory board set-up and documentation
  • Take ownership of processes and responsibility for filing and archiving of critical department templates and documentations
  • Coordinate and manage daily planner, expense reports, document generation and follow up
  • Support the HO team in planning and distribution of meeting materials, coordination of meetings, taking meeting minutes
  • Raise and track purchase order requests
  • Acting as a coordinator of information and communication within the HO team
  • Planning and organising activities such as off-sites, company events, special occasions
  • Developing and refinement of administrative procedures using technology to streamline processes
  • Support the onboarding of new staff – equipment, access to the office, intro meetings etc.
  • Team budget monitoring and support the vendor/external experts procurement process and the handling of contracts, signatures, invoices.
  • Ensure template completion consistency across the team

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Significant and varied experience in an administrator/Project Support/Executive Assistant/Team Assistant or related role (ideally in either a Pharmaceutical, consultancy or finance environment)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MSTeams)
  • Well organised and able to prioritise with flexibility to adapt to changing working style
  • Knowledge in End-to-End Purchase Order and procurement Processes (or willingness to learn the processes).
  • Ability to build strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively manage a wide range of tasks and to prioritise these effectively
  • Capable of working independently as well as in teams
