About the job

The Projects Coordinator provides a key function in the Implementation and Projects team, supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business. This team lays the foundation required to build strong, collaborative and cross functional partnerships from across UniQuest which bring projects to life.

The Projects Coordinator role reports directly to the Head of Projects. The successful candidate will help develop strong relationships with our partners through effective communication, problem-solving and project coordination skill and experience. The role will require running partner discovery sessions, requirements gathering and documentation, managing timelines and communicating with multiple stakeholders. This requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within the team and with our stakeholders.

What else are we looking for in our Projects Coordinator?

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with external partner stakeholders across multiple projects ensuring requirements are gathered, blockers are flagged and the project status is communication. In addition, you will engage with internal stakeholders across the business to schedule meetings, document outcomes and chase actions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials, documentation and follow up to meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met to support delivery plans.
  • Coordinating project team members so workflows remain on schedule.
  • Updating timelines and reporting back progress to Head of Projects and the wider team.

You will demonstrate success and experience working in an account management or client facing role, alongside previous experience of coordinating projects. You will be personable, articulate and a strong communicator. You will have had experience using project management software as well as the MS Office suite, will be highly organised, a strong multi-tasker as well as confident and professional. We are a supportive and collaborative team and we are therefore looking for someone who is also proactive in supporting the team, ensuring projects run smoothly and we deliver an excellent service to our partners. Experience working in Higher Education will be highly beneficial in this position.
