JOB TITLE - BARISTA
We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join team Grow working for our Coffee House in Cullompton! We are looking for positive confident individuals with barista experience to be part of Devon’s love of coffee.
Grow Coffee House was created to be space where people can meet, relax and enjoy some good coffee. Now with 2 locations, Grow Coffee House is looking for like-minded, hardworking and passionate individuals to join our journey as a Barista at our Cullompton location.
We are looking for individuals who:
· Have a passion for coffee
· Strong barista skills - Experience working on professional coffee machine and strong latte art ability is a requirement
· Enthusiasm and positive attitude
· Excellent communication skills, time management and strong work ethic
· Have at least 1 or more years’ experience as a barista
· Be flexible with schedule (weekdays and weekends)
LOCATION – Cullompton
HOURS - FULL TIME (5 shifts per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
