Due to ongoing growth, we have a great opportunity for a motivated and organised Projects Co-ordinator to join our team in Dyce, Aberdeen.
As a member of the Projects team you will:
  • Assist the team in scheduling and material planning for overhaul and repair projects
  • Maintain SAP database with work order assignments, project deliverables and work scope information
  • Ensure deliverable dates are accurate and reflect project schedules and requirements
  • Expedite Spares requirements with internal suppliers working closely with other regions to ensure on time delivery
  • Collate picking/shipping priorities and communicate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth picking, packing and shipping
  • Assist Projects team booking customer shipments in SAP
  • Manage external manufacturing transactions in SAP
  • Work with and help maintain HMH installed base data and assist with accurate forecasting
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have knowledge and experience of working with SAP
  • Have the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Have commercial awareness
  • Have great organisational skills
  • Be a good communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Be a pro-active team player with the ability to use initiative and display good problem solving skills
