- Assist the team in scheduling and material planning for overhaul and repair projects
- Maintain SAP database with work order assignments, project deliverables and work scope information
- Ensure deliverable dates are accurate and reflect project schedules and requirements
- Expedite Spares requirements with internal suppliers working closely with other regions to ensure on time delivery
- Collate picking/shipping priorities and communicate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth picking, packing and shipping
- Assist Projects team booking customer shipments in SAP
- Manage external manufacturing transactions in SAP
- Work with and help maintain HMH installed base data and assist with accurate forecasting
- Have knowledge and experience of working with SAP
- Have the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Have commercial awareness
- Have great organisational skills
- Be a good communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Be a pro-active team player with the ability to use initiative and display good problem solving skills
