About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services
A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.
Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. It needs to be a welcoming and flourishing environment, offering opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop. About the Job
We are looking for a committed individual to become a Project Worker, to join a fantastic team in our Halton Lodge project, providing a secure, warm, and safe environment for residents staying at Halton Lodge. The lodge offers a range of accommodation support stages from direct access and emergency beds to more individual supported living.
As a Project Worker, you will provide a responsive, friendly, and professional response in cases of emergency and crisis. The Project Worker will support residents with complex problems to overcome their issues and develop the life skills to enable them to move on and sustain independent living.
