PROJECT WORKER
37.5 (5 days) or 22.5 hours (3 days) per week on a fixed 2-week rota
SCP13-15 £26,549 - £27,535 (pro rata for part time)
BASED IN BOLTON
We are advertising for a full or part time Project Worker at our Young Parents’ Accommodation to work in Bolton.
You will provide a high standard of housing management that delivers a safe environment for young parents and their babies. You will also provide excellent customer service and work with the young parents in a strengths-based way through a coproduction process to help them achieve their goals.
The role involves supporting the young parents to look after the health and development of themselves and their babies, working positively with other professionals, as well as preparing and supporting the young parents to move into their own independent tenancies.
The role involves residential shift working which includes a mix of daytime hours, evenings, weekends. The hours consist of 3 or 5 x 7.5-hour fixed shifts per week. Shift times are 7:30am to 3pm and 2:30pm to 10pm, with a 2- week rota with alternative weekends off. Flexibility is essential to ensure service need is met.
