We are looking for an enthusiastic person to apply for the role of Project Support Officer to join the All-Age Continuing Care (AACC) & LeDeR team. The services offer an array of clinical services to a wide array of clients across the health sector, including ICB's, acute trusts, health and social care partners and individuals and their families. The Project Support Officer will be a key member of the Engagement & Development team working alongside all localities to strengthen and develop our services; with keen skills in project leadership, change management and information reporting.

Hybrid working is offered meaning the successful candidate can work from a mixture of locations including home, NECS offices and customer locations.
