In this fantastic role as a Project Support Manager you will provide a comprehensive support function in the delivery of projects across the largest Supply Chain Transformation programme ever completed across Sainsburys and Argos.
With a flexible approach and an adaptable style you will support the execution of day-to-day change project activities to ensure that new business capability is delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed target expectations.
Working within the framework of best-in-class Project Management & Agile Methodology, you will act as first line support throughout various project assisting with the compilation of reports and project governance documents, compliance audits, KPI benefits and distribute to key stakeholders providing a reference point for queries, limiting the single points of failure.
So … who are we looking for??
- A self-starter, with the ability to engage and motivate Team & internal/external stakeholders
- Has the ability to influence at all levels and be credible in engaging stakeholders in project scope and deliverables
- Previous experience working on either technical projects or supply chain projects
- Has an understanding and experience with project governance
- Works well with key stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure that everyone’s needs are known and ensures customer outcomes are at the forefront of decision making
- Can communicate with colleagues in an engaging and inspiring way, takes time to really understand processes, check understanding, and then works to implement change to make things simpler
- Has prior experience of data gathering & modelling
- Previous experience with developing and building process maps
- Demonstrates Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
