Project Support Assistant
Our client is a small but dynamic bid specialist, focussed on inspiring their clients to find the right tender opportunities and win them. They work with businesses of all shapes and sizes offering a tailored and comprehensive bid management service.
The role - Project Support Assistant
They're looking for a focused, self-motivated individual to join the team to provide project support. No two days will be the same, so they're looking for someone who has great time management and thrives working in a close-knit, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities will include assisting the team in administration of core services (bid consultancy, bid training, knowledge management, award writing, etc.). This could include:
- Supporting the project management of a bid
- Setting up proposal documents
- Sourcing suitable bidding opportunities for our clients
- Maintenance and testing of our quality procedures
- Working with clients to send or receive information
- Working on content
- Supporting our marketing and business development activities
While this is an entry level position into their industry, they are keen to progress team members as soon as they are ready; this is a perfect opportunity to build a career, especially if you are interested in the bidding and proposal world.
Personal attributes
While you'll be working in a bid and proposal environment, experience within the sector is not essential. It's more important that you are able to demonstrate the following personal attributes. The rest can be taught:

Salary and benefits
- Salary: 21,500
- Please note that for those with a bid or proposal, or knowledge management background, they can offer a revised role and salary depending on experience.
- Pension scheme. 5% contribution by the company and a 3% contribution by the employee.
- Role-specific training and qualifications, including APMP membership, fully funded.
- Mon - Fri, 9 - 5
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
