An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator for the Wessex Maternal Medicine and Wessex Maternity Academy team. We are looking for an experienced administrator who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills. This role underpins the patient journey and supports clinical teams in delivering high quality patient care.

- We are looking for a dedicated, flexible individual who is willing to be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical teams
- This will include website administration and updates, coordinating study days and MDT’s (including updating clinical systems) Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate with a wide range of people
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently utilising excellent time management skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages and with website administration
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Whilst you will be remote working, we are looking for an individual who is willing to travel to the Princess Anne Hospital if required
