About the Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) practice at Atos
As a member of DTC, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and strong experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.
We deliver results for our clients by exploiting digital opportunities, ethically. What we offer
With this role you will join the Digital Transformation Delivery sub-practice within the DTC team. Our clients require large business transformation programmes that often utilise complex technologies and complex supplier ecosystems. This practice is responsible for working with clients to develop and expand their digital capabilities by understanding their digital transformation journeys and future roadmaps and advising on the appropriate methodologies and solutions to best achieve their goals. A key part of this journey will be for you to help shape, enable and, as appropriate, manage our clients’ successful delivery.
About the role
We are looking for an individual who brings the ability to run engagements/work packages and manage projects using best practice project management techniques according to waterfall, agile or a hybrid approaches and own the production of key deliverables to consulting Delivery Assurance standards. You will need to be able to build positive relationships with partners and clients and ensure robust delivery across your engagements.
Requirements:
Experience developing/delivering consulting-led projects and an understanding of consulting delivery.
A solid understanding of project management disciplines (e.g. planning, scheduling, estimating, risk management, cost management, supplier management).
Project Management qualifications (eg APM, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and personal.
Resilience and the ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.
Capability in using basic workplace technologies e.g., Office365 and project management tooling.
Desirable criteria:
An interest in, and ideally experience of, digital technologies and their application to enhance business performance and create competitive advantage
Insight into market and industry trends, and their impact on clients
The role requires travel to varying work locations predominantly in, but not confined to, the UK, on an as-required basis. Successful candidates must be prepared to stay away from home when required, according to need.
The candidate should also hold or be capable of obtaining security clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
