Job Description Summary
Regulatory Transformational Technology Program Manager (Executive Director): Looking for an individual with deep experience in the Financial Services industry that exhibits strong program management skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the global organization, drive key program deliverables, and develop communications and messaging for senior management for high-profile global technology hardware asset management and regulatory decommissioning transformation program within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be a proactive, collaborative, and detailed self-starter who brings creative ideas and solutions to discussions, enjoys working in fast-paced settings with demanding timelines, can communicate to senior managers, and is able to work independently and productively from home and in the office. This role will report into a global manager based in London.
Key Responsibilities
> Learn and articulate the key drivers and deliverables in our Physical Technology Asset Management Program and help translate those into concrete actions in partnership with the Technology teams executing those actions
> Respond effectively to challenges and queries from First, Second and Third Line of Defense (1/2/3LOD)
> Coordinate and track program deliverables with Technology and Corporate Services teams, at multiple levels globally
> Develop and distribute standard program meeting agendas and notes
> Develop and update management reporting to track and articulate program status
> Contribute creative ideas on approaches to completing key deliverables
> Identify, escalate, track, and manage key program risks and issues
> Articulate complex issues and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications
QUALIFICATIONS
> Successful program delivery of IT or data related projects at financial institutions
> Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and shape messaging to stakeholders across Technology and other parts of the organization at various levels, including senior management
> Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must
> Experience designing and implementing process and procedures, LEAN and/or Six Sigma experience a plus
> Experience building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders in large dynamic teams in Financial Institutions
> Ability to drive key decisions among stakeholders to meet internal and external deadlines
> Demonstrated knowledge of general computing controls
> Previous participation in response formation to internal and external audit preferred
> Ability to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines, required
> Ability to balance effective communication with confidentiality, required
> Previous participation in response formation to 1/2/3LOD and to regulators
> Previous Technology Hardware Asset Management experience in large, global financial services firm a plus
> Familiarity with operating in an Agile Framework is preferred
> Experience designing and implementing process and procedures, LEAN and/or Six Sigma experience a plus
> Asset Management certification from ITSM best practices, ITIL or ISO (55000/19770) a plus
