What you’ll do
- Ensuring projects align with business goals – Quantifiable and Measurable objectives identified and agreed during PID stage
- Creation the reporting tools and milestones for projects/programmes.
- Tracking the progress of each project
- Setting deadlines for specific tasks
- Identifying risks and opportunities and decisions required to achieve these
- Developing project plans
- Reviewing documentation for project creation, development and implementation
- Analysing financial data
- Distributing and allocating resources accurately
- Implementing budgets
- Calculating the monetary risk for each project
- Producing financial reports and budget outlines
- Creating reports for senior managers and stakeholders
- Reviewing and updating existing procedures
- Providing clear status updates on projects/programmes
Who we’re looking for
- Project management qualifications (Prince, PPM, APM) preferred
- Degree educated or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail/FMCG construction project management experience.
- Strong PMO experience and ability to create and deliver meaningful project governance reporting suites
- Strong knowledge of project management and PMO practices and principles
- Strong analysis ability
- Clear and concise communicator
- Able to manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines
- Strong governance and PMO experience
- Proven Construction Project Management experience
- Experience managing sub-contractors and landlord relationships.
