UnspecifiedAn exciting new vacancy has arisen at Collins Aerospace, Plymouth and we are seeking a Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of development and production programmes to meet the sales projections/business growth plans.
Position Overview:
This role would suit a Project Manager with proven experience of Project Management who is keen to further their career. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will have a high level of visibility within the organisation. The role is expected to offer further opportunities for development to widen the breadth of knowledge and further the career of the successful applicant.
Primary Responsibilities:
Delivery of complex engineering projects to time and cost
High level of customer focus
Drive and achievement to realise plans (including milestone achievement, SPI, CPI, risk and opportunity management)
Monthly project reporting and accountability for financial performance
Managing and building effective internal and external relationships.
Basic Requirements:
Degree qualified
PMI/APM qualified
Proven project delivery experience
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Strong risk management / mitigation experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Production management
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have experience of driving a cross functional team to deliver to tight timescales, while still being able to manage effective relationships.
