Job description

Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is the largest of Scotland’s seven regional transport partnerships. We run the Glasgow Subway, a host of specialist bus services and are responsible for delivering better public transport for all.

We are currently undertaking a £288m transformational project which will result in the Subway being one of the most advanced systems in Europe. This is your opportunity to be part of the future of Subway, helping us to deliver the first full Unattended Train Operation (UTO) system in the UK.

As work on Subway Modernisation continues at pace this year, we are seeking a Project Manager who will work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver signalling and telecoms systems that will ensure the Subway continues to deliver for its customers throughout this exciting and challenging time, while transforming our operating model to deliver the modernised Subway.

You will use your influencing and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational, project and technical project outcomes are achieved.

What we can offer you…
