Our UK New Build team is growing as a result of our recent successes and we are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join us. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering ecommerce migration and replatforming projects to an incredibly high standard, and the proven ability to lead others to the same successes.

About the Role
Project Managers play a key role at Swanky, communicating constantly with client teams and helping to coordinate and manage our expert teams. You will be joining the UK New Build teams, working on large eCommerce projects with a particular focus on migrations to Shopify Plus.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing multiple large projects using Agile methodologies and principles
- Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensuring they are adhered to throughout each project
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, and taking proactive measures to ensure project success through successful internal and client collaboration
- Building strong relationships with our clients to deliver commercially successful projects that meet client requirements
- Working closely with our large team of designers, developers, product managers, QAs and data experts to seamlessly coordinate appropriate expertise throughout the life of a project, coaching and guiding others through each project
Required Skills
- 2+ years Project Management experience within the Ecommerce sector
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or BigCommerce, including broader app, integration and third-party ecosystems (and in each case with a desire to spend the next chapter of your career building with Shopify Plus)
- Methodical and organised approach, with the ability to closely follow established procedures and understanding when to follow the playbook and when innovation is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of thinking with clarity and logic under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and great organisation
- Experience in working with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop strong teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain project definition of scope, deliverables, schedule and task prioritisation, managing client expectations and agreeing appropriate adjustments where necessary
- Strong critical thinking skills that empower the team to achieve success no matter the situation
- Experience managing technical and creative teams
- Strong organisation and time management skills and the ability to balance the competing priorities of multiple simultaneous projects
Desired Skills
- Prince2 and/or Agile Project Methodology
- Experience handling large Shopify Plus migration/replatforming projects leading large multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with other ecommerce tools
- Understanding of development processes (mainly front end).

- Salary £30-45K depending on experience
