PURPOSE
Act as a primary point of contact to manage projects from order to client handover and then subsequent removal from site post use.

YOU PROBABLY WANT TO KNOW WHATS INVOLVED
Provide point of contact with the customer, building effective and constructive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Plan all aspects of a project from receipt of order to client handover and then off hire notification to site clearance.
- Manage all aspects of the project to meet all contract goals and objectives. Review and advise on any contractual proposals where necessary.
- Working with Regional Service Managers to assign and schedule labour to projects, both in house and sub-contractor as required enabling the project tasks to be carried out on time and in budget.
- Work with the Central Planning Hub to develop the plan for all Moduflex projects.
- Attend pre start site and client meetings prior to project commencement to ensure all details are gathered to aid the smooth running of the installation. Attend sign off meetings with clients to close out projects.
- Coordinate with regional Technical Representatives to assist with smaller Moduflex projects. Provide training where necessary.
- Ensure site efficiency and cost management on behalf of Elliott.
- To always make certain that the Elliott corporate image is positive, professional, safe and never brought into disrepute.
- Produce and/or coordinate with Technical Representatives to ensure site specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Lift Plans are completed. Provide technical quality control throughout the installation to ensure all SWI are being followed. Ensure the client has agreed with these before install/dismantle.
- Ensure a high standard of Health & Safety is maintained on site to safeguard both Elliott employees and sub-contractors
- To ensure all transport, plant and site equipment requirements are identified and are suitable for the tasks to be carried out. Then liaising with the Regional Admin Team to make sure orders are raised where required. Also to advise the Sales Team on additional items that will need to be charged back to the client.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members to enable them to deliver correctly and on time.
- Supervise direct reporting staff and sub-contractors according to company policies and protocols.
- Ensure no snagging is outstanding before the installation team leaves site.
- Work with Regional Team to ensure quick and efficient solutions to all customer issues that may arise to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain and develop a good working relationship with the Regional Hire Desk to guarantee all contract administration is carried out effectively.
- Ensure that all customer documents are promptly submitted and signed.
- Ensure that signed handover certificate and building manual is submitted.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WE NEED FROM YOU
Substantial experience in project management
- Must hold an Appointed Person qualification
- Proven ability to manage and deliver high value projects on time and to specification.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
